The RB-FIQUS+ is an omnidirectional autonomous mobile manipulator engineered to automate heavy-payload handling and transport tasks on uneven surfaces and demanding outdoor environments. It can integrate Universal Robots cobots (UR8 Long, UR12e, UR15, UR20, and UR30) on a front linear guide with ±300 mm transverse displacement, and even supports a dual-arm setup on the same guide.
Its omnidirectional kinematics and braked traction motors deliver smooth multidirectional movement and precise maneuvering in confined spaces while overcoming slopes up to 20%. The platform offers up to 9 hours of autonomy and an adjustable track width (1,177 mm to 1,610 mm) to tailor to specific field tasks across agriculture, defense, inspection, and construction.
To guarantee safe operation alongside workers and machinery, the RB-FIQUS+ is built with a certified 360° safety architecture, combining 2D safety LiDARs and a safety PLC. Powered by ROS 2 and controlled through the intuitive RB-NEXUS interface, it easily incorporates add-ons such as RTK-GPS, 3D LiDARs, AI vision packages, and customized tooling.
