The R1 EDU is Unitree’s ultra-lightweight, affordable, and fully customizable humanoid robot, specially designed for applications in education, research, and service.
It incorporates a multimodal LLM-based model that recognizes voice and images, enabling natural and intuitive interaction. It can learn through imitation and reinforcement, adapting precisely to various tasks. Its bipedal structure with 26–40 degrees of freedom, advanced sensors, and WiFi6/Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity enable agile movements and intelligent responses. It also offers open control interfaces compatible with simulation platforms.
R1 is also available in AIR and Basic versions.
